Yes we ship free within Australia

4. Is Your Packaging Environmentally Friendly? 
Yes, we use environmentally friendly mailers! They are 100% compostable and they are completely plant-based. This means NO MORE PLASTIC! They break down in 90 days in a compostable environment and leave zero chemical residue. 

5.  I Entered The Wrong Address Or Details What Do I Do?
Contact us at info@zbella.com.au ASAP so we can update your information , we can easily change it if you have not received your tracking number yet
If you have received your tracking number, a $10 ‘return to sender’ fee will unfortunately be charged to have your product re-directed to you. 

6.  How Do I Use A Promotional Code?
Once you’ve added your order in the checkout and you have a promo code, you can enter this on the side tab as listed.  All discounts available will be applied to your order.  Enter the code and update cart. 
Please note – only 1 CODE can be used to activate an order. You can only use this code once.

7.  I Still Haven't Received My Order! What Do I Do?
Please check your tracking information that was emailed to you and ensure you read through our shipping page to see the estimated time-frame for your destination prior to reaching out to us. Please note there may be some delays in transit out of our control ,  which zBella are not responsible for. 
If you have any troubles with the delivery of your parcel or the order has far exceeded the estimated delivery time-frame, please email us so we can investigate further for you email us at info@zbella.com.au
